Latest release extends support for workload management, real-time data ingestion monitoring, Kubernetes and OpenCypher; further enabling enterprises to unlock the full potential of their data
REDWOOD CITY, Calif. – November 1, 2023 – TigerGraph, provider of a leading ML and AI graph analytics platform, today announced plans to release TigerGraph graph database v 3.9.3, which introduces extended support for workload management, Kubernetes and OpenCypher. Developed in collaboration with TigerGraph customers, this latest release builds on TigerGraph’s existing enterprise readiness in the areas of fine-grained access control, activity monitoring, security, and data integrity.
With these latest improvements, TigerGraph is simplifying and expanding resource management and data ingestion monitoring for applications like credit card fraud detection, where high volume, high speed, privacy, security, and overall system integrity are essential.
TigerGraph is the only graph database that is truly distributed and designed for analytics, with scale-out clustering and read-write replicas available in both the cloud and on premises. It offers massively parallel processing, data compression, and C++ implementation — unique to TigerGraph. This release addresses a number of specific software system management needs of large enterprises:
- Workload management — Automatically assigns query tasks to the least-busy resources to maximize productivity
- Real-time data ingestion monitoring – Monitors the progress and integrity for high-speed data loading up to terabytes
- Support for Kubernetes — Enables simple, automated deployment and scaling of software components to meet dynamic needs, lowering operational costs
- Integrates OpenCypher — Adds a language familiar to many developers, to speed up creating and migrating graph queries, before leaning into GSQL for advanced and high-performance graph analytics
From Microsoft to Meta, TigerGraph Appoints Veteran Product Leader
Hamid Azawe recently joined TigerGraph as vice president of product, bringing with him decades of experience in product management and engineering at the likes of Microsoft, Amazon, IBM, Bloomberg, and Meta. At TigerGraph, he has the opportunity to apply his expertise in massive-scale computing and data management to a company already pushing boundaries in its space with exciting new approaches and capabilities in graph technology.
“TigerGraph supports mission-critical graph applications for an impressive list of brand-name customers,” said Azzawe. “With this latest release — developed in conjunction with our customers — TigerGraph continues to fine-tune its products so they meet and exceed customer expectations for enterprise-level graph technology.”
A scalable platform for advanced analytics and ML on connected data, TigerGraph is the choice for graph analytics when scale, performance or enterprise system support matter. TigerGraph’s graph database helps businesses get more from their data — answers that are too inefficient for other databases to answer, better analytical insight and more accurate machine learning. With strong enterprise-readiness capabilities for access control, TigerGraph is the fastest and only scalable graph database for medium to large enterprises.
This release will be available in November for both TigerGraph Cloud and as self-managed on-premises software. For more information, please visit tigergraph.com.
