Free credits are valid for one year. Additionally, you can earn more free credits by completing onboarding tasks. After the free credits expire, we will stop the instance and, eventually, terminate it according to our terms unless a payment method is added. Yes, Savanna offers active replicas of your database with automatic failover to provide High Availabily (HA) service. When you create a workspace, you simply need to specify whether you want HA. The additional replicas are billed at a discounted rate.
